1. Open New Image 500px w. x 500px h.
2. Flood fill with white.Name it bg / Close this bg layer.
3. New raster layer / Name it sel. / Take your lasso freehand tool / 
/ and make a selection like so !
4. Foreground color ( #dc0067 ) Background color white . Style / Gradient settings !
5. Flood fill with Gradient./ Image / Mirror. Select non. Take your mover tool / 
/ and drag it a bit to the left side.
6. Duplicate sel.layer / Highlight sel. layer / Effects / filter Factory Gallery M / Motion Trail !
7. Highight copy of sel. layer / Effects / Image Effects / Seamless tiling!
8. Set your Opacity to 90% in your layer Palette.
9. Effects / Texture Effects / Fine Leather !
10. Effects / 3D effects / Drop Shaow !
11. Copy your tube / paste as new layer in your image.Name it tube. Drag it down to the right side .
12. Duplicate your tube / highlight your tube layer / Effects Illumination Effects / Lights !
13. Effects / Distortion Effects / Wind !
14. Write your Name on it and drag it in the white rectangle !

. Convert to Raster layer.
16. Effects / 3D effects / Drop Shadow / See point 10.
17. Take your Crop Tool / 
/ and crop your Image. Be carefull don't cut out the Shadow !
18. Close bg . Highlight tube. / Layers / Merge / Merge visible. Name it 1.
19. Take your Picture tool / 
/ and look for nice tubes . I took some bubbles.
20. New Raster layer / Click in your Image a couple times .Be carefull , stay in your image. Layer Palette / Blend Mode to Soft light.
21. New Raster layer . / Click again in your Image with your Picture tool .
22. Close bg layer / highlight something else / Layer / Merge / Merge Visible.Name it 1.
23. Cpoy layer 1 paste as New Image . Minimize it for now. Back to layer 1 .
24. Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur / Radius: 14.
25. New Raster layer. / Name it sel. Take your Selection tool / 
/ hold down Shift and make some selection on your Image. !
26. Open your minimize tube / copy / paste into selection. Effects / 3D Effects / Drop shadow see point 10.
27. Now you have 3 layers / bg layer , layer 1 and sel layer.
28. Layers / Merge / Merge Visible.Name it 1.
29. Copy your tube / Image / Resize it to 60 %. Copy and paste as New layer in your Image. Drag it down to the right side.
30. Duplicate layer 1 twice so you have alltogether 3 of them.
31. Open only tube layer and bg / Stay on tube layer / take your freehand tool / / and make around the tube a selection. Be carefull .
32. Duplicate your tube twice so you have 3 of them also. Put it in order .
33. Effects / Distortion Effects / Twirl ! Degrees ( -20 )
34. Layers / Merge / Merge Visible layer bg and tube.Name it 1 . Close this layer / Open Copy of 1 and copy of tube layer. / Stay on copy of tube layer.
35. Effects / Distortion Effects / Twirl ! Degrees ( 20 ) Layers / Merge / Merge Visible layer copy of 1 and copy of tube.Name it 2 . Close this layer
36. Open Copy (2) of 1 and copy (2) of tube layer. / Stay on copy (2) of tube layer. Effects / Distortion Effects / Twirl ! Degrees ( -20 ) Name it 3. Select none.
Open your AnimatonShop.
1. Paste as new animation. / Edit / Select all .
2. Back to PSP / Close layer 1 and open layer 2 . Copy
3. Back to AnimationShop and paste before current frame./ Edit / Select all .
4. Back to PSP / Close layer 2 and open layer 3 . Copy
5. Back to AnimationShop and paste before current frame./ Edit / Select all .
6. View Animation . If you like what you see than go to File / Save as gif.
7. Or ( Edit / Select all ) you can go to Animation / Frame Properties and put something else in it.I put mine Display to 20.
Save as Gif and you're done.
