What you need !

Filter : Eye Candy 5 Impact / http://www.alienskin.com/ec5i

A nice tubes

A nice brush

A nice Font

A Nice Texture

Save often.

Are you ready ? ok than :)

1 . Open 600w px x 400h px in Transparente. Flood fill with #eae8ec.

2. New raster layer .Name it sel.1.

3. Selection tool / / and make a selection .Floot fill with # 37405b. Select none.

4.Duplicate this layer / Image / flip / name it sel 2.

5. New raster layer / View Ruler and make a New Selection like this :

Name it frame.

6. Selections / Modify / Selection Border by this settings :

7. New Raster Layer / Name it frame color. Effect / EyeCandy 5 Imapact /

Brushed Metal / Pick a nice color with your eyedropper from your Image or tube with this settings :

Select none.

If you don't have this Filter than you fill it with a nice Gradient.

8. Delete the Frame layer in the layer palette.We don't need it any more.Rename it "frame".

9.Duplicate this layer / Resize 90% / Duplicate this layer again / Resize 90% / Close all layers except frame layer and the 2 copys.Layers / Merge / Merge Visible/

10. Effects / It@lian Editors Effect / Rete - www.italianeditors.com/ settings :

11 . Effects / Distortion effect Wind / settings :

12. Repeat this action and do this the same way but from the left site.

13. Duplicate this layer .Merge / merge bothe layer visible. Name it mittel frame.

14. New Raster layer / Selections / / Make a New Selection like this !

15. Selections / Modify / Selection Border by this settings :

16. Duplicate this 2 times . Move it a bit to the right site like this !

17. Effects / It@lian Editors Effect / Rete - www.italianeditors.com/ Same settings like before .

18. Effects / Distortion effect Wind / settings !

19. Duplikcate this Layer/ Image/ Mirror / Layer / Merge both Layer.Name it upper frame.

20. Duplicate the upper frame / Image / flip.

21 . Copy your tube and paste into new image. Put it to the left site. Resize it if is nessesary.Effect / Effect 3D. Drop Shadow with this settings !

22. New Raster layer / Name it Texture / Copy your Texture Paste into Selection / Raster Deform Tool / / and drag it up .

23. Duplicate this layer / Image / Flip / Merge / Merge this two layers visible. Name it texture.

24. New Raster layer / Put a nice brush on it.

25 . Merge all visible.

26. Text tool / / and look for a nice Font / Write your Name or Watermark on it . / Convert to Raster layer. You can put the same Effects with Eye Candy 5 on your text like befor in point 6.

27. Duplicate your text . Go back to the original text / Effects / Distortion effect Wind / settings !

28. Raster Deform tool. Drag it a bit to the right site and up.

29. Effect / 3D effect / Drop Shadow on your origial text Name.

and you are done .

Save as JPG or Gif and you are done.
